Family Businesses

We have extensive experience in working with the particular nuances of family-owned businesses. In addition to the normal challenges of growing a business, family relationships add another layer of complexity. As dean of the graduate business school at Belmont, Dr. Lindsley was the interim director of the Family Business Center there. He began the practice of using affinity groups for specific family situations, and helped facilitate those discussions. He has presented several workshops to this and other family business centers. He is currently a sponsor and key advisor to the Tennessee Family Business Center. A substantial number of our past and current consulting clients are family businesses.
